About This Role
Housing and Dining Services seeks a qualified Lead Data Analyst to oversee data analysis initiatives supporting housing operations, occupancy management, and Next-Gen recruitment strategies. This role coordinates cross-departmental meetings, activities, and analytical efforts to evaluate occupancy trends, inform housing marketing plans and campaigns, and support strategic decision-making. The position also monitors macro and micro-economic conditions to assess demand levels, guide business operations, and support projected housing rate increases through data-driven insights and planning.
