We are looking for a Diagnostic Coordinator to be at the forefront of BRP's Service Strategy team, focusing on the troubleshooting and diagnostics of our products, and acting as a key link between New Product Development teams and the Global Services organization. You will work in an environment that fosters world-class professional development in a highly collaborative and international environment. You'll be instrumental in supporting our product in the network. You will be exposed and have access to our Powersport products to live the BRP customer experience!

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Analyze, structure and define potential problems through different sources and tools through a strong comprehension of our vehicles, network impact, criticality of the product problems and diagnostic tool.
  • Through leadership, coordinate the activities of different stakeholders to establish a rapid action plan to bring the best adaptive solutions of our dealer network with the right level of validation.
  • Determine the communication required to share the resolution of identified issues.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with the BUDS team to improve product quality and minimize report rate.
  • Ensure all necessary information is gathered in alignment with BUDS team needs for analysis and investigation.
  • Coordinate, update and build content to answer the needs of the network through blog post, quick tips and FPR.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

REQUIRED:

  • Be passionate about finding and correcting electrical problems.
  • Technical college diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in serviceability or troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics/electrical problem solving or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of product field repair.
  • Read and understand wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge in the use of diagnostic tools and software : multimeter, OBD2 scanner.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle technologies (automotive, powersport or off-highway), through professional or meaningful personal experience.
  • Strong connection with BRP products and values.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in identifying risks and escalating issues when required.
  • Proactivity, positive attitude and forward thinking. Adaptable and fast learner.
