  • Partner with talent partners and program leads to translate complex program updates into clear, audience-appropriate content for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Manage communication calendars and track distribution across global audiences to ensure coverage and consistency.

  • Support day-to-day administration and optimization of talent systems and platforms (for example, ServiceNow, Microsoft Viva, Workday), ensuring accuracy, usability, and data integrity.

  • Support the design and documentation of scalable delivery mechanisms that reduce manual effort and enable self-service for talent partners and stakeholders.

  • Assist in compiling, formatting, and distributing recurring talent dashboards and data reports that support workforce planning and program visibility.

  • Maintain accurate data entry and tracking within talent systems to support reliable reporting.

  • Partner with program leads to document metrics frameworks and support preparation of data-driven presentations for leadership.

  • Support program governance activities including tracking milestones, action items, risk logs, and cross-functional dependencies across talent initiatives.

  • Coordinate recurring team meetings, working sessions, and program reviews, including managing agendas, capturing notes, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring accountability.

  • Maintain organized program documentation and shared repositories to ensure horizontal integration and accessibility across the team.

  • Assist in the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and program trackers.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, program coordination, or a related operational support role.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting communications workflows, including drafting, coordinating, and distributing content for internal audiences.

  • Proficiency with HR/talent systems (for example, Workday, Azure, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow, or similar platforms).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity, consistency, and audience appropriateness.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across a global team.

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
