HDR seeks a strategic-minded Senior Project Manager to join our Alaska Resources Business Group and be a member of a high-performing team supporting development of public and private projects throughout Alaska. Primary Responsibilities: In the role of Senior Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
Candidates must be able to work cooperatively with professional from other disciplines, staff at all levels, clients, other project managers, business development professionals, and operational leadership. This is a full-time regular position based in our Anchorage, Alaska office. Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience leading engineering and/or environmental regulatory projects.
- Familiarity with estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
- Local candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
