We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist who is detailoriented, servicefocused, and proactive to join us in our Talent and Reward Operations team, based in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

About the role

You will support core Talent Operations and employee lifecycle programs, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee support. Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage employee and manager inquiries, ensure accurate case documentation, and help deliver smooth and engaging onboarding experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and improving processes.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners closely with Talent Partners, Global Compensation colleagues, and external service providers. The team focuses on delivering consistent, highquality Talent services and supporting employees across the United States, while continuously improving processes and overall employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Resolve employee and manager inquiries and document cases accurately
  • Support onboarding processes, including preboarding, communications, and new hire sessions
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
  • Maintain knowledge resources and ensure content is accurate and up to date
  • Support internship program administration and coordination
  • Assist with immigration processes and job leveling activities

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 0-2+ years' experience in customer service, operations, or Human Resources support
  • Strong communication skills with a focused customer service mindset
  • Ability to present information confidently and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred requirements

  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or coordination activities
  • Experience using Human Resources information systems or similar tools
  • Exposure to employee support, case management, or service desk environments
  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $72,000 - $94,500. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
