Solvita is seeking a dedicated Donor Referral Center (DRC) Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our 24/7 Donor Referral Center. In this role, you will guide a team responsible for the accurate and timely evaluation of potential organ, tissue, and eye donors-work that directly impacts lives and advances our mission of saving and enhancing life through donation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, plan, and lead daily operations of the Donor Referral Center.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage staff competency, training programs, and ongoing development.
- Perform DRC duties-including screening, authorization, and case management-when needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure reliable 24/7 staffing coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Serve as Solvita's subject matter expert for iTransplant, EMR systems, phone/recording systems, and DRC logistics.
- Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and crossfunctional project teams.
- Assist with payroll processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree required.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS), or eligibility to obtain certification within two testing cycles.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational needs.
