Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship from an experienced physicianleaderat ProHealth Physiciansto support your transition from training into a full-time primary care physician role

  • Consistent check-insvia phone,virtually, or in-personwith aminimaltime-commitment(3hr/mo)and a generousbi-weekly salary throughout your final year ofresidency training

  • Enhancement of experience throughout your final months of residency whileeliminatingthe burden of job searching and finding the right place to start your career in primary care

Required Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O.

  • Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year -PGY2 Resident Physician transitioning into PGY3 Resident Physician (Best Timing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Connecticut, but notrequired

  • Wouldprefer candidates who plan to practice primary care in Connecticutpost-residency

The hourly range for this role is $83,000 to $124,500 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
