Strategic Planning Specialist Our client's growing Strategic Planning team is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to help drive awareness, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role partners closely with marketing leads, media teams, creative strategists, analytics, and data teams to develop data-informed recommendations and campaigns that support both brand and performance objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong integrated media planning experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively across teams.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience; agency experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in integrated, cross-channel media planning supporting both brand and performance KPIs
- Proven ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles, develop communication strategies, and create channel-specific marketing plans aligned to business objectives
- Strong understanding of traditional media channels including OOH and TV, as well as digital advertising, social media, and creator campaigns within integrated marketing strategies
- Experience measuring campaign performance through testing and measurement solutions, with the ability to present results and actionable recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Proficiency with syndicated research tools such as MRI/Simmons, comScore, and social listening platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Support senior strategists in developing integrated media strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external media teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage workflow and communication between stakeholders and media partners
- Analyze campaign and channel performance to provide insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations
- Build media briefs, review media plans, and consolidate campaign information into clear stakeholder presentations
- Assist with campaign execution across social, digital, custom partnerships, audio, CTV, and OOH channels
- Ensure understanding of media specifications, trafficking processes, reporting, and campaign optimization strategies
- Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, branding, messaging, and media effectiveness
Preferred Experience
- Communications and audience strategy experience
- Experience working with creators or within the creator economy

- 3-month hybrid contract
- Location: Culver City, CA
- Pay Rate: $67/hour
