The Maintenance Technician supports this mission by applying advanced mechanical skills, interpreting technical documentation, and collaborating with team members to ensure highquality maintenance and repair activities.

Fueling Your Passion

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform advanced equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities while adhering to established procedures and safety standards. You will leverage strong analytical, communication, and mechanical skills to support equipment performance and continuous improvement in an industrial environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Applying strong analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions.

  • Reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, schematics, and parts lists to perform assigned work accurately.

  • Performing advanced mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with formal procedures and work instructions.

  • Demonstrating excellent mechanical aptitude while working with industrial equipment and tools.

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and crossfunctional partners.

  • Collaborating within a team environment to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Documenting maintenance activities, findings, and actions using required systems and tools.

  • Conducting all work in compliance with company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and company Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical diploma or Associate's degree in a mechanical field (preferred), or

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience in environments such as airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or similar industries.

  • Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Have the ability to follow formal procedures and standardized maintenance practices.

  • Have the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

  • Have a strong commitment to safety and quality in an industrial work environment.
