The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The ED Outreach Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Clara Maass Medical Center (CMMC) Emergency Department and its key external partners - including prehospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) agencies and the broader community. This role is responsible for enhancing communication, identifying educational opportunities, and strengthening the relationship between the ED and the populations it serves. The ED Outreach Coordinator supports the outreach and quality requirements of Clara Maass's Stroke and STEMI programs, and acts as a central resource for hospital staff, physicians, EMS providers, and community stakeholders regarding emergency care access, education, and system improvement. The ED Outreach Coordinator maintains a visible presence in the CMMC Emergency Department and in the community to build meaningful, sustained partnerships. This individual will review EMS and ED patient care records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, engage community organizations to address barriers to care and health literacy, and represent the hospital at local, regional, and state-level forums. This role works with Emergency Services leadership and key stakeholders to advocate for and implement system-wide improvements spanning both prehospital and community care. Qualifications: Required:
