What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Waste Pro, helping residential and commercial customers with service needs, account support, billing questions, and solutions that make a difference. You'll handle inbound calls, retain customers through outstanding service, and work closely with Operations, Sales, and Billing to create a seamless customer experience.
