What You'll Be Doing As a Risk Management Surveyor, you will carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to support safe, compliant construction on projects registered under operating within the MGA Inspection Services established brands Premier Guarantee & LABC Warranty . This is a field-based role where you will inspect new-build and newly converted buildings, ensuring work aligns with the Technical Manual and Building Regulations. You will plan and manage your own workload, record inspection findings, and communicate outcomes clearly to customers and colleagues. You'll play a key role in identifying defects, maintaining standards, and supporting developers and builders with practical, solution-focused guidance, helping ensure projects meet required compliance and quality expectations.
