In this critical role, you will manage comprehensive accounting functions, including full-cycle bookkeeping, GAAP adjustments, reconciliations, and financial reporting..

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and general ledger management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and deadline management skills
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with close attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inter-company accounting
• Familiarity with project/job costing
