Staff Accountant

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-company accounting, including intercompany billings
• Strong transactional skills in AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Experience with job cost accounting and construction-related financials
• Proficiency in Spectrum or similar accounting software
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; basic Word skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• No criminal history

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in construction, residential utility, paving, or land development industries
• Familiarity with Trimble Spectrum software
• Bookkeeping background with strong transactional accounting skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Relevant industry experience preferred; bachelor's degree not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite daily in Grapevine, TX, with standard hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday; half-day Friday)
• Experience managing multiple entities (7-10 companies) with intercompany transactions
• Construction or real estate development experience highly valued
