Facilities Construction Job Description
Job Description Acts as the "owner's representative" on campus construction projects, including interpreting, administering, and enforcing contracts during the construction phase. Provides construction management for design and construction projects. Key Responsibilities
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas. Shift
40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday. Additional hours and/ or weekends may be required during peak operating times. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Licensure may be required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eBuilder (now Trinity Unity Construct) platform Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $60,944 - $83,560 Application Materials
