What to Expect
As an ElectrodeShift Engineer at Tesla, you will play a key role in supporting production ramp for our innovative cell manufacturing equipment. After enhancing your skills and becoming a subject-matter expert on theElectrodeproduct and process, you will help strengthen the skillset of the on-shift technician team through hands-on trainings, troubleshooting, and creation of documentation. You will escalate opportunities for improvement to the engineering team and will help identify and implement solutions to support our production ramp. The working schedule for this role is subject to change as business needs evolve, but typical working hours are fromeither2pm to 2amor 5 am to5 pm, 4-days per week.
