Responsibilities

The focus of this position will beinthe lithography area and related processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assistengineers in reviewing and troubleshooting stuck lots, communicating lot status and issues
  • OverseeLithoworkselectionandfacilitatethe movement of anylotswith issues or abnormal delays
  • Lead recipe setuplithography systems and related metrology tools
  • Qualification of new batches of photoresist
  • Adjustment of process and equipment parameters in response tolithoweekly tests
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, and basic SPC (Statistical Process Control) tasks
  • Assistwith processing test wafers and process development activities
  • Perform visual inspection on IC wafers, record observations and provide detailed feedback to engineers
  • Assistwith training onlithoand related metrology equipment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of Engineering Technician experience in Lithography, metrology, and other related semiconductor processes
  • AAS degree or B.S. degree preferred. (Minimum high school graduate with applicable semiconductor industry experience and strong aptitude in science and math)
  • Hands-on experience with advanced semiconductor device fabrication is required
  • Specific skills in III-V semiconductor processingis preferred
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) are required
  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills for successful inter and intra-group interactions
  • Candidates must be willing anddemonstrateinitiative to learn andacquire new skills

The role will be based at our HQ in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area.

Santa Rosa, CA MIN $60,140 - MAX $120,230

Note:For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
