Job Description About Our Team The Global Client Team (GCT) supports a large number of global financial institutions and partners and is responsible for increasing Visa's value to clients by expanding relationships, driving revenue, and creating processes. Our "white glove" approach provides the client with top-tier engagement and is focused on strategic execution and operational excellence.. This position is part of the Global Client organization and will support three of its global leaders based in North America. A requirement for this role is the ability to work collaboratively across Visa and closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Operations partners. What is it All About? This is an individual contributor role and is critical in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively across the business. Responsibilities include executive support and project coordination for several NA based GCTVP's and planning client events and activities for their Global Client Teams. The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant - Project Coordinator is experienced at:
Managing multiple executive calendars in varying time zones Collaborating with client administrators and across internal departments, and organizations Hightouch executive support High-level project coordination and end-to-end event planning Providing structured support for client meetings and executive engagements Identifying challenges and acting proactively to find solutions
Executive Assistant Responsibilities Support specific Global Client Vice-Presidents with:
Calendar Management: Manage complex global calendars across multiple time zones, schedule internal and external meetings, work proactively, and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner. Provide dayahead, weekahead, and monthahead visibility for leaders to ensure a smooth operating cadence across supported accounts. Meeting & Event Support: Coordinate internal leadership meetings, client quarterly business reviews, and executive client engagements. Preparation includes agenda compilation, information consolidation for pre-read documents, email sends of briefs and action items to team and high-level executives, and managing logistical (onsite support, conference rooms, catering, technical requests) asks for meetings. Travel & Expense: Book complicated regional and global travel according to scheduled client and team meetings. Purchasing card owner for administrative and event expenses for supported client teams. Prepare and submit VP expenses in a timely manner according to Visa policy. Organization & Recordkeeping: Maintain team documentation, distribution lists, asset libraries, and message archives in accordance with records management requirements. Create and manage purchase orders and invoices. Executive Liaison: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Vice-President's, internal stakeholders, and external client partners. Understand how to operate with discretion and professionalism, and the importance of confidentiality.
Project Coordination & Business Support Responsibilities Support key Global Client initiatives for supported teams with:
Project Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate team initiatives and priorities with timelines, deliverables, and followups across multiple client workstreams. Account Planning & Deliverables: Support coordination and followthrough on annual account plans, quarterly executive updates, and recurring leadership and client-facing deliverables. Commercial & Strategic Support: Assist senior leaders and account executives with preparation of clientfacing and executive materials, including QBRs, executive updates, performance summaries, and business planning content. Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and regional contacts and teams as requested to ensure alignment across strategy, execution plans, and seniorlevel communications. Special Projects: Available to assist with Global Client impromptu projects and special initiatives as business needs arise.

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 7+ years in a career as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role, in a professional setting Exceptional written and verbal communication and the ability to create or collaborate on highquality, executiveready materials Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Quick to assess emerging issues. Professional demeanor and ability to engage with executive leaders and stakeholders with ease. Proper handling of confidential information and ability to work with discretion, as appropriate. Experienced user of Microsoft Office and active learner of adjacent AI programs. Comfortable working as part of a global team and flexible to provide meeting support across global time zones. Interest in learning about Global Client, analytical, strategic, and technical processes, and intellectual curiosity about professional development.
U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $104,900 to $163,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
