About the Role: As part of the North America Food Preparation Quality team, the NPI Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that new products are designed, developed, and launched with best-in-class quality. This role leads the development and execution of product quality plans throughout the full product lifecycle-from concept through production launch and into field performance. The NPI Quality Engineer partners closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to proactively identify risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure products meet both consumer expectations and performance standards. You will play a critical role in embedding quality into product design, enabling successful launches, and driving continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing processes.
