EHS&S Specialist Job Description IDENTIFICATION Position Title: Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist Supervisor: Plant Manager Date Completed: 05/06/2026 Department: EHS&S FLSA Classification: Salary Location(s): Bottling, Cremer 3131 and Dayton, TN Status: Full-Time SUMMARY Reporting directly to the EHS&S Manager, the EH&S Specialist is responsible for supporting Cremer health, safety and environmental programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the EHS department to meet the company's overall HSE and Plant goals. Author and approve SDS for the site, as necessary. Supports the EHS activities of all of other departments/locations in the business as needed. Collects and reports all HSE EHS metrics and trending data into HSE EHS management system. Maintains facility records in accordance with OSHA/EPA/DOT/FRA regulations. Supports ISO 14001 and Responsible Care Audits as directed. Maintains the industrial hygiene program site(s) programs. Completes all training assignments as required. Complies with all safety and environmental objectives/programs/policies of the facility. Deliver/coordinate EH&S training. Maintain compliance with EH&S regulatory requirements and permits. Investigate accidents and incidents and audit nonconformances. Manage documented information. Conduct site regulatory inspections. Manages the contractor pre-qualification program. Review new chemicals and maintain Peter Cremer NA product safety data sheets. Meet Process Safety Management requirements Participate in management of change (MOC) processes; and promote continuous improvement. Support efforts to implement and maintain the RC ISO14001/EHS&S management system. Conform with the EHS&S Policy and the Cardinal Rules. Maintaining a safe and secure workplace and meeting environmental site requirements. Support the EHS&S objectives and targets, and any specific action plans or management programs assigned. Understand the EHS&S risks and impacts of the employee's job and functional area, including appropriate controls and procedures. KEY REQUIREMENTS
