The Importance of the Role The Law Clerk Co-op will play an integral role within Sarepta's Legal department, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of legal functions that support a global biopharmaceutical organization. This includes intellectual property, contracts, corporate governance, compliance, international operations, clinical matters, and transactional work. Throughout the program, the Law Clerk will collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals and will complete a substantive legal research and memorandum project on a topic relevant to Sarepta's business and regulatory environment.The Opportunity to Make a Difference As a Law Clerk Co-op, you will contribute meaningfully to active legal matters and projects that support Sarepta's mission. Program Timeline This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 13th, 2026, and conclude on December 18th, 2026. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program. The targeted salary range for this position is $22 - $34 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.
