Role Overview The Director, Brand Engagement: Advocacy & Influence will oversee the full-funnel brand engagement strategy and execution across all verticals - including Paid Social, Advocacy & Influencer (A&I), Social, PR, and Earned Media (seeding, events). The role is consumer-driven, aiming to recruit target audiences, maximize brand awareness, and drive key KPIs such as Share of Influence (SOI). The ideal candidate will be an expert in influencer and social media, with deep insight into the beauty, culture, and luxury landscape, and will bring best-in-class thought leadership and innovation to the Brand Engagement team.
