Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manageris responsible forleading and coaching a team of recruiters while overseeing the day?to?day execution of the full?cycle recruiting process. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and high?quality hiring outcomes by enforcing standardized recruiting processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and managing key recruiting metrics and service?level agreements (SLAs).

The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a working leader-activelyrecruiting forassigned roles while also providing guidance, problem?solving support, and performance management for the Talent Acquisition team.

Essential Functions

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters,providingday?to?day guidance and support
  • Set clear expectations for recruiter performance, workload management, and candidate experience
  • Conduct regular check?ins, performance feedback sessions, and support development plans
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with established TA processes, timelines, and quality standards

Full?Cycle Recruiting Oversight

  • Oversee and support end?to?end recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer process
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, recruiting strategies, interview teams, and selection criteria
  • Step in to manage complex, high?priority, or escalated requisitions as needed
  • Ensure consistent use of behavioral interviewing, structured evaluations, and documented interview feedback

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a primary escalation point for Hiring Managersregardingrecruiting challenges, timelines, or candidate quality
  • Reinforce Hiring Manager responsibilities related to feedback timeliness, interview participation, and decision?making
  • Provideconsultative guidance on labor market conditions, sourcing strategies, and talent availability

Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and manage Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs such as time?to?fill, candidate pipeline health, interview turnaround times, and offer acceptance rates
  • Review recruiter performance and pipeline data regularly;identifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements, tools, or training needs

Compliance, Systems & Process Adherence

  • Ensure recruiting activitiescomply withcompany policies, employment laws, and EEO/OFCCP requirements
  • Enforce proper use of the ATS and recruiting workflows, including documentation, dispositioning, and approvals
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Coordinators on headcount approvals, background screening, and onboarding readiness

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in full?cycle recruiting
  • 1-3 years of experience leading or supervising recruiters or recruiting teams
  • Strong knowledge of structured interview processes and recruiting best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline?driven environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics to drive decisions. Strong communicationand problem?solving skills
  • Ability to balance hands?on recruiting with supervisory responsibilities
