As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in the assembly, soldering, inspection, and processing of printed circuit boards in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do: Set up, operate, and maintain wave solder, cleaning, potting, and other PCB assembly equipment to support production requirements. Inspect printed circuit board assemblies before and after solder operations to ensure compliance with IPC and quality standards. Perform rework, washing, and related assembly support tasks while ensuring proper handling of controlled materials and ESD-sensitive components. Monitor work-in-process accuracy, complete required production logs, and follow ISO, safety, and job-specific procedures. Conduct basic equipment maintenance and assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and operational support. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous quality improvement efforts and team objectives. Collaborate with supervisors and team members, including participating in quality meetings and training other employees as needed. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience with various hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters, and pneumatic tools such as torque drivers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers) Minimum of 1 year of experience with high-volume production machine operation in a manufacturing environment What Sets You Apart: Knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC Standards ESD Training Ability to prioritize and organize workload to handle various tasks simultaneously Basic computer, problem-solving, mechanical, and workstation skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and quickly with high accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
