This role sits at the intersection of strategic program support and onsite execution, bringing two key workstreams to life: overall event project management logistics and an employee impact volunteer experience activation.

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure programming stays on track and deadlines are met
  • Maintain project plans, status trackers, and cross-functional communications
  • Surface risks and flag blockers proactively to program leadership

Employee Impact & Volunteer Experience

  • Serve as dedicated logistics support for the onsite employee impact and volunteer activation program
  • Coordinate volunteers, vendors, and event logistics end-to-end
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to execute a seamless onsite experience
  • Be present onsite during the event to manage day-of operations and troubleshoot in real time
  • Support pre-event planning including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting large-scale corporate events, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and stay organized under pressure
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented communicator
  • Experience working with volunteer, CSR, or employee impact programs is a plus

Logistics

  • Preferred Location: San Francisco Bay Area
  • Hybrid/Remote flexibility leading up to the event, with onsite presence required at the client's office and during event execution as needed
  • This role would start ASAP for 3 months with possibility to extend to end of year
