Our Construction & Infrastructure Group is seeking aComplex Construction Claims Strategic Leadas part of ourRisk, Insight, Strategy & Claims (RISC)team-a differentiated platform designed to elevate client outcomes through integrated advisory, claims strategy, and technical excellence. What the day will look like As a senior technical and strategic authority on complex construction claims within RISC, you lead multi-line construction claims exposures. You bring together claims insight, coverage expertise, and client strategy to deliver outstanding results across complex construction and infrastructure programs. You will operate at the intersection of placement, claims, and advisory, with a mandate to engage clients early, shape program design, and elevate Aon's differentiation in the market. Education

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $162,500 - $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
