Job Summary The work schedule for this position is Sunday thru Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The Food Service Site Manager is responsible for the Boardroom Bar, Golden Eagle, and both Starbucks coffee shops to include the supervision and management of employees, materials, supplies, and quality control of all work performed. Responsible for assisting the General Manager and working as Senior Manager on the PM shifts to include supervision and management of FBI, DEA, and scheduled catering events. Prepare and/or maintain required corporate and/or contractual reports regarding safety, daily or weekly checklists, ensuring adherence to contract requirements relating to the serving of guests in a clean and organized food and beverage operation. Maintain communication with contract representatives and corporate personnel.
