Description Lincoln HospitalProfessional - Clinical Summary: Join a collaborative team of clinical providers in a Critical Access Hospital where your work helps improve access to care across our community. This role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license across the full continuum of care, supporting patients across settings and throughout their recovery journey. You will engage with a local interdisciplinary team and a Coastal MaineHealth peer network, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and shared best practices across the region. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders. You will support patients in developing effective, individualized communication strategies to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. This position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to both pediatric and adult populations in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will also contribute to program development and innovation, helping to expand access to essential rehabilitation services within the community.
