Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by applying a structured project management framework across the full project lifecycle. The Project Manager manages projects of moderate complexity-including systems, technology, regulatory, and process improvement initiatives-while overseeing timelines, resources, risks, and quality outcomes.This position works closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project progress, communicate status updates, and resolve issues. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus is essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project needs. The Project Manager operates under the guidance of department leadership and contributes to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and incorporating industry best practices.
