Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Generate PO for OSP services. Updates daily OSP commitments and ECD'S Do all transactions of OSP items in Syteline. Obtains rates from carriers and coordinates trucks for pick up. Coordinates with outside vendors for truck availability and schedules for completion. Assures quantities of outgoing materials/items match PO's. Assures quantities received match shippers. Review all certs received for OSP vendors. Participates in lean activities and documents Best Practices. Participates in Daily/Weekly Ship Plan Meetings Communicates with outside vendors regarding processing lead times, capacity and delinquent deliveries Other duties and tasks as assigned Required Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors and customers. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with the ability to efficiently create, manage, and analyze documents and data. Experience & Education One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $35.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
