- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, continuous flow, and CQI methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching and performance feedback.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to interpret production schedules and work orders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage employees in decisionmaking.
- Experience in a highvolume production environment is required.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
What You Can Expect
You will work in a mixed office and manufacturing environment. The production floor may involve periodic increases in noise levels, while the office remains quiet and professional. Safety glasses and required PPE must be worn in designated areas, with requirements varying by location.
