Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually

Your Opportunity

As a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Research Analyst, you will support our National Capital Region (NCR) Program Management Office. You will play a critical role in managing complex workflows, ensuring compliant documentation, providing support for high-visibility proposals, and assisting senior leadership. This is a full-time remote/hybrid position.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Support the PMO leadership with task management, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
  • Assist with contract deliverables including consolidating input, providing clear documentation, editing and formatting, and reviewing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for travel and ODC processes, ensuring compliant authorizations and accurate billing.
  • Manage contract specific training and documentation (e.g., organizational conflict of interest training, non-disclosures agreements, etc.).
  • Conduct research for opportunities on sites such as FedConnect, SAM.gov, GovSpend/FedMine, GovTribe, and USAspending.gov.
  • Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is current by coordinating with staff to update existing data and create new opportunities within the system.
  • Assist with proposal activities by gathering data, assisting capture managers with gate review preparation, and coordinating with proposal team.
  • Develop and maintain sites to centralize resources and streamline collaboration across distributed teams.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 or more years of federal contracting, project management support, and proposal operations work experience.
  • Active Q or Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience supporting federal programs, specifically NNSA and DOE.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, documentation control, and federal contracting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
