Instructional Designer

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging learning experiences that help teams build knowledge quickly and effectively. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact by shaping how learning is experienced across a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials across digital and in-person formats
• Translate complex information into clear, effective, and learner-friendly content
• Create interactive e-learning modules, storyboards, and supporting materials
• Partner with stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all learning experiences
• Contribute to innovative approaches that enhance learner engagement and retention

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or related field
• Strong foundation in adult learning principles and content development
• Experience creating e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with comfort working in ambiguity

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video-based or AI-driven learning tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar)
• Background working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
