We're hiring a Data, Production and Operations Assistant to work with our COO to oversee and optimize print production operations, implement process improvements, complete firm wide operations goals, and serve in a part-time Data Director capacity managing data programs for direct mail clients. This position will be a main contributor within our operations team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution and delivery of print and mail products, AGENCY operations goals, and providing key backend service to our staff, customers, and vendors. Position Details Similar to our campaign clients, our staff are expected to put in long and irregular hours as needed. Compensation: $5,600 monthly. End-of-cycle bonuses are also awarded, based on individual and firm performance.
