***This position is a role based out of Dallas, TX.***

About the role:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization across Facilities Managementservices. This role ensures supply chain efficiency, compliance, and value delivery aligned with client and operational requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for Facility Management services and vendors

  • Manage supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Drive cost savings and value engineering opportunities

  • Ensure vendor compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual standards

  • Collaborate with Facility Management operations to ensure service continuity and quality

  • Support transition activities, including vendor rationalization and onboarding

What you bring:

  • Strong procurement and supply chain background within Facility Management or services

  • Experience managing vendor networks and complex sourcing events

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Ability to balance cost, quality, and service delivery outcomes
