***This position is a role based out of Dallas, TX.***

About the role:

The Business Analyst supports Facility Managementoperations by analyzing data, processes, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze work order (WO) data, spend trends, and service performance

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Facility Management delivery

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

  • Support transition activities, including data validation and process mapping

  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize Facility Management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS platforms)

  • Produce insights to support strategic planning and operational enhancements

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Facility Management systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience supporting transition and transformation initiatives
