Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Seeking a hands-on CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and facility systems in a fast-paced high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
*This person will support production uptime through preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, equipment repair, machine alignment, installation support, and accurate maintenance documentation.
*The role requires strong hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
*The technician will work on CNC equipment, 3-phase electrical systems, servo motors, drives, pumps, valves, controls, and related production machinery.
*The role may also include general facility maintenance such as electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, HVAC support, and equipment movement.
*This is not a purely building-maintenance role.
*The strongest candidate will have direct experience diagnosing and repairing CNC or industrial manufacturing equipment and will be comfortable working in a lean maintenance team where production uptime is critical
