Position: Customer Service Location: Milwaukee, WI Shift: 1 st - 8:00am-5:00pm M-F Pay: 20.00 - 22.00 / hour Job Summary: We are a manufacturer of medical supplies seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, supporting order management, account maintenance, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate personnel. Assist customers with placing orders, pricing information, stock availability, order status, and a variety of general inquiries. Provide backup support for order entry as needed. Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system. Issue Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) in accordance with company policy. Assist customers with credit card payments. Process and postage outgoing mail. Perform miscellaneous duties as required to support a cooperative and efficient office environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service or office experience, ideally in a manufacturing or medical/healthcare environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment. Professional phone manner and customer-first attitude.
