Responsibilities:



  • Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access controls.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for system configuration, patching, deployment, and operational tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system inventories.
  • Support cybersecurity compliance initiatives, system hardening, and audit remediation efforts.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to support operational requirements and system improvements


Requirements:



  • Associate degree preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
