Exterior & Landscape Artist, Workplace

Tesla is seeking a highly-skilled and detail-oriented Exteriors & Landscaping Specialist to maintain the world-class appearance and performance of our campuses in Brookshire, TX.

This is not a traditional landscaping role. You will be responsible for implementing sustainable, high-performance exterior and landscape systems that align with our mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Every square foot of ground and every building facade should reflect the same excellence and innovation Tesla is known for.

• Own the maintenance, inspection, and continuous improvement of building exteriors, including facades, glass, and parking lots
• Design, install, and maintain sophisticated landscaping across large-scale industrial and corporate campuses, including native planting, and outdoor hardscapes
• Manage advanced irrigation systems
• Execute proactive exterior preservation programs to prevent degradation from weather, pollution, and heavy industrial use
• Maintain parking areas, walkways, and outdoor Tesla product displays to the highest visual and functional standards
• Partner with Facilities, Engineering, and Sustainability teams to implement innovative, data-driven approaches to grounds and exterior care
• Manage vendor relationships and contractors for specialized exterior and landscaping work

• 4+ years of progressive experience in commercial landscaping, exterior building maintenance, or grounds management (experience on large campuses or industrial sites preferred)
• Deep knowledge of horticulture, plant selection, soil science, irrigation systems, and integrated pest management
• Strong understanding of building envelope maintenance, waterproofing, and exterior materials
• Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, lifts, trenchers, etc.) and working at heights safely
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift to 50 lbs.
