Facility Operations Job Description
The Evening Shift Maintenance Supervisor for the University of Missouri-Columbia is responsible for overseeing after-hours maintenance operations across campus, including troubleshooting, repairs, exterior lighting maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. This position provides frontline leadership for evening shift staff and promotes a work environment centered on safety, service, quality, and productivity. The role also includes employee coaching, policy compliance, administrative oversight, and support for campus operations during the 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri. Anticipated Hiring Range
