Job Title: Staff IT Analyst II - Quality Assurance AnalystLocation: Block 23What you'll do: As the Quality Assurance Analyst in the Banking and Payments Platforms team, you'll lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit or accelerate the business and/or technology strategy, while also developing potential options/approaches to improve business outcomes. Supporting the Global Markets group and Receivables business segments, you'll also lead development and review of artifacts to ensure they accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics, while also ensuring the documentation of any alternative processes or practice options with associated impact on KRIs, KPIs or Operational Metrics. Additionally, as the Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll identify and facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and the Business subject matter experts, to understand the problem statement and/or opportunity while also capturing any relevant insights to include a full review of the findings or artifacts produced to validate the right problem or opportunity is being assessed.
