This Adjunct Assistant Professor will work with Dr. Peter Pastuzko in support of his grant funded projects. This position will assist with the preparation, submission and approval of the relevant IACUC protocol(s), coordinate ordering of animals and blood products for the project, organize and prepare experiments, including sterilization of instruments and materials, verify availability of relevant PPE, space and equipment, prepare physiological monitoring, assist with animal intubation and selection of appropriate anesthesia regimen, and will assist with animal euthanasia and tissue harvest.
