JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Operations Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, aligning, and executing strategic initiatives in partnership with Operations leadership, Product, and Technology teams. This role serves as the single point of accountability for Operations program management, process transformation, and resource prioritization across Network Solutions.
The incumbent will oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between operational execution, product roadmaps, and technology investments. This role requires a strategic, systems-oriented leader with deep operational expertise, strong analytical and program management capabilities, and the ability to influence and execute at all levels of the organization. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SCOPE:
This role operates as a strategic partner to Network Solutions leadership, working collaboratively to ensure endtoend connectivity, alignment, and execution of the Operations strategy in context of Digital Transformation and AI initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing governance models and operating rhythms that enable informed decisionmaking across Operations leadership, balancing enterprise priorities with functional needs. In close partnership with cross-functional leadership, the incumbent will make recommendations and drive decisions related to operational priorities, program sequencing, resource allocation, and process transformation. In addition, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and realized value through systemic reinforcement and accountability. The Senior Director oversees and manages staff across multiple locations and is responsible for hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning. The role requires the application of advanced problemsolving skills, indepth operational knowledge, and a strong understanding of company priorities to resolve complex, nonroutine issues, operating within broadly defined policies and strategic direction. | |
