Marketing Analyst

About the role:

Hybrid- Denver, CO

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to support a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team. You will focus on data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking, helping other teams make informed decisions through clear and applicable insights.

This is an evolving role with the opportunity to shape processes, build reporting workflows, and contribute to business intelligence projects. You will enjoy working with data, collaborating with teams, and translating needs into meaningful reports and visual insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize data from multiple internal systems (including Salesforce CRM)
• Manage reporting intake requests, ensuring accurate delivery of requested data
• Collaborate with team members to:
  
  
  
  • Gather requirements
  • Clarify reporting needs
  • Provide ongoing updates
  
  
  
  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Present findings in a clear, user-friendly format for business teams and senior leadership
• Modify and refine reports based on feedback from your team and leadership
• Coordinate with other teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy
• Support process improvements and documentation for reporting workflows

Qualifications:

• Salesforce or CRM reporting tools (a plus)
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools (a plus)
• Salesforce Einstein Analytics (a plus)
• 2-6 years of experience in:
  
  
  
  • Data analysis, reporting, or similar roles
  
  
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in:
  
  
  
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formatting)
  
  
  
  
• Experience working with:
  
  
  
  • Data reporting and visualization
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency with:
  
  
  
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
