POSITION SUMMARY: The Mass Market and Monthly Giving Specialist curates content and executes monthly giving, canvassing, direct mail, telemarketing, and some peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns. We're seeking an experienced direct response fundraiser with strong donor-focused storytelling and project management skills. This person is a proficient copyeditor and speaker, who brings precision and care to content with an eye for accuracy, tone, and fundraising best practices. The role requires a solutions-oriented, collaborative project manager who thrives in a cross-functional environment to align stakeholders and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met. Core responsibilities include optimizing the recurring giving program and sustainer journey across digital and offline channels, conducting regular canvasser trainings, ensuring smooth direct mail and telemarketing campaign execution, contributing to strategy development, supporting campaign content, coordinating copy and creative reviews, and managing day-to-day communication with agencies. You'll play a central role in growing a high-impact fundraising program, supporting multiple channels, building meaningful donor experiences, and driving revenue for lifesaving work. ** Position is expected to be in Project HOPE's Washington, DC office min. 2-3 days/week (or more depending on key projects). Work environment:
Salary range starting at $60,000 -65,000 per year. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
