Position Overview

The Bell/Valet Attendant delivers exceptional guest service by assisting with arrivals and departures, parking vehicles, handling luggage, and managing front drive operations. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient first impression for guests.

Key Responsibilities



  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in support
  • Transport luggage, including specialty items (e.g., coolers, golf clubs)
  • Manage traffic flow at the front drive
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entrance, valet area, and bell carts
  • Provide accurate information about the resort and local area
  • Complete guest deliveries and special requests
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay informed on resort amenities, schedules, and promotions
  • Follow proper phone and guest communication etiquette


Qualifications



  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Must follow uniform and grooming standards, including slip-resistant footwear
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures


Physical Requirements



  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to move quickly to meet guest needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
