The Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist is responsible for supporting environmental compliance, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives across site operations. This role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to ensure effective implementation of environmental programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with GoalZERO performance. This position recognizes both formal education and equivalent hands-on industry experience. This role could potential be an Associate Engineer or HSE Specialist depending on level of expertise. Option 1 - Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in the following fields: chemical engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Fire Safety & Protection or an equivalent degree from an accredited university with an overall GPA of 3.0 or greater. Option 2 - Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now and in the future.
