Learns to use media communications concepts and assists as assigned in implementing programs and activities and gathering information designed to enhance the public's understanding and appreciation of the location, typically through media outlets. A dynamic and detail-oriented Communications, Marketing, and Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging prospective students and employers, and effectively communicating career outcomes, events, and program value to prospective students digitally. This individual will be instrumental in supporting the Admissions, Recruitment, Academic Affairs, and Career Services teams, supporting undergraduate and graduate business programs by developing and executing strategic communication initiatives and creating compelling educational and promotional materials. This position creates high-quality visual assets through photography, videography, and editing. The full salary range for the Media Communication Specialist is $53,100 - $89,700. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $53,100 - $80,550 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
