We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machinery and want to build a career in manufacturing. As a Processor Trainee, you will learn to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Reheat & Stretch Blow Mold (RHSB) equipment used in the production process. This is an excellent opportunity for machine operators, production technicians, manufacturing technicians, and mechanically minded individuals looking to grow into a highly skilled Process Technician role. No processing certification is required-we provide hands-on training and development opportunities. Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (7pm-7am) off every other weekend Pay: $19.50/hr based on shift, with advancement opportunities What You'll Do Safely operate production machinery, tools, and equipment Assist with machine startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Monitor machine performance and process conditions Make minor machine adjustments using controls, buttons, and hand tools Troubleshoot equipment issues and help resolve production problems Clear machine jams and maintain smooth operation Inspect products for quality and identify defects Work closely with Quality to ensure standards are met Complete production and quality documentation accurately Perform routine machine and product checks throughout the shift Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following roles are encouraged to apply: Process Technician Machine Technician Machine Technician II Production Technician Manufacturing Technician Blow Mold Operator Plastics Technician Machine Operator Setup Technician Mold Setter Why Join Us? What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1+ years of manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Comfortable working around automated production equipment Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications Plastics manufacturing experience Blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or molding experience Experience with machine setup and process adjustments Mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting experience High School Diploma or GED *Altium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!* We incorporate our Guiding Principles into all aspects and at all levels of the organization and use them as a framework for decision-making.
